We hope you select Sherry's Bridal with your wedding. We will do our best to make this day pleasant, memorable and trouble free. In order to accomplish this goal, we have outlined a few of the most commonly misunderstood areas in bridal that might cause problems.

DELIVERY TIMES: Bridal gowns can take four to six months for delivery. Bridesmaids most commonly are three to four months delivery. This is not to say that there aren't exceptions in either direction. All we ask is that you be assured that we are on top of the situation.

PAYMENTS: These are much more important than the girls realize. Please send monthly payments on your account. We have a minimum of half down on each dress to make it easier on the girls in the party; but they should make a monthly payment on their account.

FINAL SALES: All bridal sales are considered final, regardless if the gowns are special orders or from our stock. This means in the case of cancellation, all deposits and payments will be forfeited if the bride/bridesmaids do not want  their dresses. However, if the dress can be cancelled, in the case of special order, all payments and deposits will be refunded, less a service charge of 10%.

FITTINGS: We will notify the bride when she and her bridesmaids should come in for their fittings. We require an appointment for fittings and all girls should bring the undergarments and shoes they will be wearing with the gown. We would like to have the tallest bridesmaid make her appointment first, to assure height and length of gowns. This is necessary to help eliminate excessive fittings and frustration to you.

ALTERATIONS: Minimum alterations are included on all regular priced gowns, however, if there is a weight change after the dresses are ordered and extensive alterations are needed, there will be an extra charge for larger size dresses and pregnancy panels for fabric and labor.

COMMUNICATIONS: Most important, there is a need from communication between us and the bride. If you have any questions please ask. Remember, we said our purpose is to make your wedding as trouble free as possible.
